Watermark in Estes Park is a get-away for our Watermark Family, scheduled for Saturday, June 3rd - Friday, June 9th. Everyone currently attending Watermark is invited to join us for a great week while we enjoy a time of fun, fellowship, and adventure with others in our body in Estes Park, Colorado.

Trip Price:
Price includes lodging and meals, but does not include transportation costs.
   • Adults: $600
   • Kids 2-15 yrs: $200
   • Kids 1 yr and under: free
Booking Dates:
Sign ups begin Tuesday, 11/21 at 11:21am. Please complete the registration online and mail your $100 deposit per adult ($200 per family maximum) to:

Your spot will not be reserved until you have registered online and we have received your deposit. The deposit is refundable only if a replacement is available.

Frequently Asked Questions about Watermark in Estes Park

1. What are the accommodations like?

Wind River Lodge: Each room includes 2 queen beds, 1 single futon, full private bath, telephone, balcony or patio and fire alarm with sprinkle system. Capacity-5

Alpen Inn: Each room includes 2 queen beds, 1 queen sofa bed, full private bath, telephone, balcony and fire alarm. Capacity-6

2. What program/activities are provided for the kids?

Small Stuff: 0-24 months:
Your children will be in Small Stuff during the morning adult time and evening adult time. You will need to pick them up before lunch and they will be with you throughout the afternoon, and you will need to pick them up immediately following the evening program.

Voyagers: 2-5 yr olds:
Your children will be in Voyagers during the morning adult time, lunch, and evening adult time. You will need to pick them up after lunch and they will be with you throughout the afternoon. Kids Crew volunteers will bring them in for the last part of the evening adult program.

Adventure Club: completed K-5th grade:
Your children will be in Adventure Club during the morning adult time, lunch, and evening adult time. You will need to pick them up after lunch and they will be with you throughout the afternoon. Kids Crew volunteers will bring them in for the last part of the evening adult program.

3. Can our family have two rooms?
If you have less than four children we will consider a second room for you only after sign-ups are complete. There will be an additional charge for the second room.

4. Can we request that several rooms be near each other?
We will take your requests into consideration but there is no guarantee.

5. What about travel?
We will provide you with maps and directions to the YMCA of the Rockies and you will be responsible for getting to Estes Park. We encourage you to find a couple of families or single adults with which to caravan. You can also fly if you choose. You will need to fly into Denver or Colorado Springs and rent a car or find a shuttle service to the YMCA of the Rockies.

6. When will I get more detailed information about the trip?
An information packet will be mailed to you sometime in February.

7. What activities are there to do at the YMCA of the Rockies and in Estes Park, CO?

8. How soon should I sign up?
We have 148 rooms at the YMCA of the Rockies. These rooms will fill up quickly and we cannot get any more rooms. Do not delay if you know you are going. There will be a waiting list and if someone cancels we will go in order of sign-ups on the waiting list. You can be placed on the waiting list after registration is full by e-mailing Angela Clement at aclement@watermarkcommunity.org

9. Will there be any 'non-planned' time?
Each day between lunch and dinner you will have free time. There will also be one day in the middle of the week that you will have all morning and afternoon until dinner that will not be planned.

10. Will there be childcare during this 'non-planned' time?
No. You will be responsible for your children during this time.
